		<description>$10,000,000,000 dollars just to light up the sky!  Not to mention the waste of natural resources that end up as greenhouse gasses and contributes to global warming.

But for some strange reason many people seem to think that since they can't touch or feel light, it can't be wasted.  I've actually had folks tell me that they want light to shine everywhere, it makes us safer at night.   

Maybe one day they'll "get it."</description>
